Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in any other potentially dangerous pursuits. Transporting hazardous materials is strictly prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized individuals to drive is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. Vehicles should only be used for their intended purposes and within specified passenger and weight limits. Driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.

Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Swanley will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount you paid in the past year.
